FELLOWSHIP
From concerts and campouts to barbecues and baseball games, folks at Messiah are constantly dreaming up new, exciting opportunities to knit our community closer together and have a good time! We have at least one major fellowship event every month (and often more), in addition to more frequent opportunities around meals or coffee hour after Sunday Mass each and every single week.
Our Kitchen Committee organizes major meals and related events for the congregation, while our Arts & Culture Committee organizes concerts, paint nights and more. Our Care & Concern Committee visits members who are homebound and supports other members in need of care, while our Welcome Committee organizes biannual New Member Classes.
We also currently have four peer groups at Messiah: the Women of the ELCA, Lutheran Men in Mission, Young Adults and the Over 55 Gang.
Our Fellowship Ministry Team meets quarterly, generally on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm (February, May, August and November) at
